Welcome to ExecMaxa, accessible via domain execmaxa.info. These Terms of Service govern your use of our business coaching programs designed for company directors. By registering for any service, digital product, or physical item, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

“Services” refers to coaching sessions, executive strategy workshops, and advisory programs tailored for company directors. Scheduling and availability are subject to ExecMaxa’s calendar.

2. Digital Products

“Digital Products” refers to downloadable resources such as e-books, pre-recorded courses, templates, and toolkits.

3. Physical Goods

“Physical Goods” refers to items shipped to you, including workbooks and branded materials.

4. Reimbursement Policy

ExecMaxa offers tiered options for reimbursement depending on the purchase type.

4.1 Services

Requests for reimbursement of individual coaching sessions or advisory engagements must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date. Submit your request via the Contact Form. Approved requests will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment channel. You may reschedule a session once without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

4.2 Digital Products

If you purchase a digital resource, you may seek a reimbursement within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. Submit your request through the Contact Form. Upon approval, the reimbursement will be issued within 10 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods

For physical items, you have 30 days from delivery to request a reimbursement. Items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. To initiate a reimbursement, fill out the Contact Form. We will cover standard shipping back within Kuwait; international shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will process the reimbursement within 14 business days.

5. Non-Reimbursable Engagements

Certain offerings, such as bespoke in-person retreats and final deliverable reviews, are not eligible for reimbursement due to the tailored preparations and dedicated resources allocated in advance.
